摘要
本文介绍了磁选态铯原子钟产品化进展情况,包括人们广泛关注的产品的性能指标测试、可靠性保证及寿命评估等,提出了铯束管采用单束束光学和电路采用了数字化技术是实现性能指标的基本保证;给出了产品化初期出现的一些故障现象及解决措施,以及为进一步提高可靠性开展的环境适应性试验;并讨论了电子倍增器寿命评估方法,提出寿命评估公式,对铯钟的寿命给出了评估结果。最后提出了产品化过程中还需要进一步探索的问题,不仅对磁选态铯原子钟的产品化有帮助,而且对光抽运铯钟甚至其他种类原子钟的产品化亦有参考价值。
This paper introduces the progress of the commercialization of the compact magnetically selected cesium atomic clock.The contents include performance,reliability and lifetime of cesium clocks,which have attracted widespread attentions.It is pointed out that the reason why the performance is guaranteed is that the single-beam optics is used in cesium beam tube,and the digital technology in circuit.Some failures and solutions in the early stage of commercialization are given,as well as the environmental adaptability test to further improve the reliability.The paper also discusses the evaluation method of lifetime of the electron multiplier,and puts forward the lifetime evaluation formula which is applicable to some cesium clocks.Finally,some works that need to be further explored in the process of commercialization are pointed out.The methods introduced in this article is not only helpful for the commercialization of magnetically selected cesium atomic clocks,but also has reference value for optically pump cesium clocks and even other types of atomic clocks.
