摘要
针对宝珠寺电厂11F机组上导轴承在机组运行中瓦温过高,无法保证机组安全、稳定运行的问题,笔者分析造成上导轴承瓦温过高的原因并制定相应的措施进行处理。通过分析和排查得知:引起11F机组上导轴承瓦温过高的主要原因出现在上导轴承结构本身。因此,对上导轴承各部件进行更换和改进,使球头与上导支撑垫块凸台搭接量满足一定机械强度。通过几个月开机运行,上导轴承瓦温稳定在44℃左右,上导摆度稳定在200 um左右,远远低于设计上限值。推力、水导轴承温度、摆度数值优良。最终成功解决了发电机上导轴承温度过高的问题,保证了机组的安全、可靠运行。
Aiming at the problem that the temperature of upper guide bearing of 11F generator in Baozhusi Hydropower Station is too high,which cannot ensure the safe and stable operation of the generator.The paper analyzes the causes of the high temperature of the upper guide bearing bush and formulates corresponding measures.Through analysis and investigation,it is found that the main reason for the high temperature of upper guide bearing bush of 11F generator is the upper guide bearing structure itself.Therefore,the components of the upper guide bearing are replaced and improved,so that the boss overlap between the ball head and the upper guide support pad can meet certain mechanical strength.After several months of operation,the temperature of the upper guide bearing bush is stable at about 44℃,and the upper guide swing is stable at about 200um,which is far below the design maximum value,and the thrust,water guide bearing temperature and swing value are excellent.Finally,the problem that the high temperature of the upper guide bearing of the generator is successfully solved,which ensures the safe and reliable operation of the generator.
