摘要
目的根据中华人民共和国卫生行业标准《软式内镜清洗消毒规范》中的质量控制过程记录与可追溯要求,设计软式内镜临床应用追溯系统。方法内镜中心联合信息开发部研发软式内镜临床应用追溯系统,包括:软式内镜的清洗消毒、软式内镜的存放保管及内镜检查报告3个子系统。完善对软式内镜清洗消毒、存放保管及使用环节的统一监管,达到无缝闭环管理。结果该系统可自动验证软式内镜清洗结果是否合格,达到清洗消毒流程标准化;系统可显示每条软式内镜的状态,达到其存放保管的规范化;软式内镜清洗消毒记录与存放保管状态与患者内镜检查记录相关联,达到软式内镜临床应用追溯系统信息化管理。结论该系统使得软式内镜清洗消毒、存放保管及使用中每一个环节均有据可查,降低了内镜的医源性感染,保证了患者安全,对临床医疗安全具有举证作用。
Objective To design a clinical traceability system for soft endoscope according to the quality control process records and traceability requirements in the Standard of Cleaning and Disinfection of Soft Endoscope of health industry of the People’s Republic of China.Methods The clinical traceability system for soft endoscope was researched and developed jointly by endoscopy center and information development department,including three subsystem including cleaning and disinfection,storage and use,and examination and report.It was developed to optimize the unified supervision of cleaning,disinfection,storage and use and to realize closed-loop management.Results The system could automatically verify whether the cleaning results of soft endoscopy were qualified and ensure the standardization of cleaning process;display the status of each soft endoscope to achieve the standardization of storage;relate the cleaning and disinfection records of soft endoscopes and the storage status to the patient’s endoscopy records to achieve the information management.Conclusion The clinical traceability system makes every chain including cleaning,disinfection,storage and use traceable,reduces iatrogenic endoscopy infection,and provides evidence for clinical medical safety.
