摘要
为了优化光致变色织物变色效果的测试条件,采用16.6tex光致变色粘胶长丝,织造了3/1斜纹组织织物,利用紫外光对该织物进行辐照,并对其变色后的颜色空间L^*a^*b^*值、饱和度C^*值和表观色深K/S值进行测试分析。采用方差分析测试条件对变色后的色调、亮度和饱和度及表观色深的影响显著性,设计正交试验优化变色效果的测试条件。结果表明:测试条件对织物变色后的色调、亮度和饱和度及表观色深均影响显著,光致变色织物变色效果测试的适宜测试条件:紫外线照射时间为30~40 s,温度为20~25℃,紫外光源贴着织物表面照射。研究结果可为光致变色织物变色效果的测试条件选择及试验方法的制定提供参考。
In order to optimize the test conditions of the discoloration effect of photochromic fabric,3/1 twill fabrics were woven with 16.6 tex photochromic viscose filament. The fabric was irradiated by ultraviolet light, and the related color indexes of fabric including L^*,a^*, b^* color space,C^* saturationand K/S apparent color depth value were tested and analyzed.The influence of test conditions on the hue, brightness, saturation and apparent color depth of photochromic fabrics was analyzed by ANOVA, and the test conditions were optimized by orthogonal design. The results show that the test conditions have significant effects on the color change hue, brightness, saturation and apparent color depth. The optimum test conditions for the photochromic effect test of the fabric are as follows: ultraviolet irradiation time is 30-40 s, the temperature is 20-25 ℃, and UV light adheres to the surface of the fabric. The research results can provide some reference for the selection of test conditions and test methods setting of the discoloration effect of photochromic fabrics.
