摘要
目的了解青岛市李沧区医疗机构放射工作人员对放射防护相关知识的知晓现状及其影响因素,为今后有针对性地开展放射防护相关知识培训及宣教工作提供科学依据。方法2019年9月对青岛市李沧区内医疗机构中持有效期内《放射工作人员证》的放射工作人员进行问卷调查,筛选影响放射防护相关知识知晓得分的影响因素。结果共调查114人,其中男性60人(52.63%),女性54人(47.37%),平均年龄为(37.23±8.68)岁,放射防护相关知识得分合格者92人(80.70%),平均得分集中在80.00(73.75~85.00)分。单因素分析表明"从事放射工作年限、职称、职业照射种类、近两年是否参加培训、机构类型"是放射工作人员放射防护相关知识得分是否合格的影响因素(P<0.05或<0.01)。二元Logistic回归分析表明工作年限是影响放射工作人员放射防护相关知识得分是否合格的因素(P<0.01),工作年限5~14年相对于1~3年合格的可能性大(OR=21.41,P<0.01),工作年限15~46年相对于1~3年合格的可能性大(OR=19.12,P<0.01)。结论青岛市李沧区医疗机构内放射工作人员对放射防护相关知识掌握不够全面。
Objective To understand the awareness of radiological protection knowledge and its influence factors among radiation workers in Licang district,Qingdao city,so as to provide scientific basis for the targeted training and education of radiation protection related knowledge in the future.Methods In September 2019,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the radiation workers who hold the Radiation Workers’Certificate within the validity period in medical institutions in Licang district,Qingdao city,and the influencing factors affecting the awareness score of radiation protection-related knowledge were screened.Results A total of 114 were surveyed,including 60 males(52.63%)and 54 females(47.37%),with an average age of(37.23±8.68)years.There were 92 people(80.70%)passed the survey of radiation protection related knowledge,and the average score was 80.00(73.75-85.00).Single factor analysis showed that the different working years,professional title,exposure type,traing and institutional type of radiological workers had statistically significant differences in the score of radiological protection knowledge(P<0.05 or<0.01).The results of logistics regression indicate that working years was the factor affected the score of radiological protection knowledge of radiological workers(P<0.01).Comparing to those worked for 1-3 years,people who worked for 5-14 years(OR=21.41,P<0.01)and 15-46 years(OR=19.12,P<0.01)were more likely to pass the survey.Conclusion The radiation workers in medical institutions in Licang district,Qingdao city have insufficient knowledge of radiation protection.
