摘要
面对严峻的大学生就业形势,处在大学生教育和管理工作一线的班主任成为学生就业工作的重要力量。班主任要树立以就业为导向的工作理念,通过分阶段、分类式的就业指导,发挥在大学生就业工作中的积极作用。
With the increasingly serious employment situation of college students,the head teachers,as an important force of this work,should set up the employment-oriented working concept and play a positive role in college students’ employment through the staged and classified employment guidance.
