摘要
绩效管理课程的教学质量评价要求在课程教学中实现"以学生为中心"。从分析"以学生为中心"在绩效管理课程教学中的应用现状入手,指出在该课程教学中落实"以学生为中心"的难点,并给出了相应的建议。
The teaching quality evaluation of the course of Performance Management requires the teacher to realize the student-centered teaching method.The research begins at the present situation of the student-centered teaching in the Performance Management course,and points out the problems of realizing the student-centered teaching method,and some suggestions have been given.
