某耐候钢桥锈层稳定化处理技术的探索 被引量:8

摘要 采用锈层稳定化水处理的方法,对某耐候钢桥进行为期6周的锈层稳定化处理试验,从而确定耐候钢锈层稳定化所需周期,以为工程应用提供依据。结果表明:随着锈层稳定化处理周期的增加,试样表面锈层颜色从橙黄色转变为深褐色,锈层厚度逐渐增厚;通过电化学分析发现,自腐蚀电流密度呈现减小的趋势,自腐蚀电位逐渐正移,EIS谱线上容抗弧半径呈现增大趋势;通过XRD结果分析,得出非稳定相(γ-FeOOH)逐渐向稳定相(α-FeOOH)转化,稳定相(α-FeOOH)所占比例逐渐增大。根据以上结果,当锈层稳定化处理达到5周后,试样表面锈层逐渐趋于稳定。 A rust layer stabilization treatment experiment was carried out on a weathering steel bridge for 6 weeks using a rust layer stabilizedwater treatment method.Results showed that with the increase of the rust layer stabilization treatment cycle,the color of the rust layer on thesurface of the sample changed from orange to dark brown,and the thickness of the rust layer gradually increased.Through electrochemicalanalysis,it was found that the self-corrosion current density showed a decreasing trend,and the self-corrosion potential gradually shiftedpositively,as well as the capacitive reactance arc radius of EIS cure increased.The XRD results showed that the unstable phase(γ-FeOOH)gradually transformed into the stable phase(α-FeOOH)and the proportion of the stable phase(α-FeOOH)increased gradually.According tothe above results,after the rust layer was stabilized for 5 weeks,the surface rust layer of the sample gradually became stable.
