摘要
受现有煤矿井下照明灯控制技术的限制,煤矿井下照明灯均处于长期点亮的长明状态。为了改变煤矿井下照明灯均为长明灯的粗放管理模式,达到节约能源、保护环境的目的,基于按需照明理念,根据煤矿井下不同的作业环境和照明需求,研发了与之对应的"自感式"、"自主式"、"时控式"、"按钮式"、"自动式"照明灯节能控制技术,并已在煤矿应用。应用结果表明,该煤矿照明灯节能控制技术能将煤矿井下各用电场所长明灯升级改造为按需照明灯,取得了较好的效果,实现了节能降耗增效。
Due to the limitation of the existing control technology of underground lights in coal mines,underground lights in coal mines are in a long-term bright state.In order to change the extensive management mode of underground lights in coal mines and achieve the purpose of saving energy and protecting the environment,based on the principle of lighting on demand.The corresponding"self sensing","autonomous","time-controlled","button","automatic"lighting energy-saving control technology has been developed in this paper,the application results of the author′s unit showed that the energy-saving control technology of the lighting lamps in the coal mine can upgrade the lighting lamps of all electric fields in the coal mine to on-demand lighting lamps,and achieve the purpose of energy saving,consumption reduction and efficiency increase.
