摘要
分析了矿井转载机机载监控系统主要功能要求,并设计了系统的硬件和软件,硬件部分主要设计了主机和监控装置,软件部分主要设计了启动子程序、停机控制子程序、故障与预警判断子程序、数据采集子程序、硬件故障诊断子程序、历史信息查询子程序、网络通信子程序以及监控界面。研究为矿井智能化建设提供了技术支持。
This paper analyzed the main functional requirements of the on-board monitoring system of the mine transfer machine,and designed the hardware and software of the system.The hardware part mainly designs the host and monitoring device,and the software part mainly designs the startup subprogram,shutdown control subprogram,fault early warning judgment subroutine,data collection subroutine,hardware fault diagnosis subroutine,historical information query subroutine,network communication subroutine,and monitoring interface.The research provided technical support for the intelligent construction of the mine.
