摘要
道路标线能有效提高道路行车安全系数,减少交通阻塞和事故发生,节约车辆运行时间,具有巨大经济效益。本文分析国内外标线涂料市场发展形势,从环境保护、节能减排等新发展理念出发,运用价值工程原理,通过计算分析,得出我国未来标线涂料的发展方向是长效型、环保型、经济型,逐步淘汰溶剂型标线涂料,大力研发生产双组份标线涂料,兼顾预成型标线带发展,降低热熔型标线涂料生产比例。
Road marking can effectively improve the safety coefficient of road traffic, reduce traffic jams and accidents, save vehicle running time, and have great economic benefits. This paper analyzes the market development situation of road marking paint at home and abroad. Starting from the new development concepts of environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction, and by using the principle of value engineering, through calculation and analysis, it is concluded that the development direction of China’s road marking coatings in the future is long-term effect, environmental protection and economic type. The industry needs to phase out solvent-based marking paint, vigorously develop and produce two-component marking paint, and give consideration to the development of pre-formed marking tape, reducing the production proportion of hot-melt marking paint.
