摘要
介绍了“完整人格”教育理论及概念内涵。以“正本”“纠偏”“升华”为人格教育指向,分析了大学生人格教育领域存在的问题。在完整人格教育理论视角下,提出了大学生人格培育的具体路径:丰富资源增强人格培育理论的完整性;多维设计构筑立体式人格教育运行体系;多元发展丰富人格教育的实践途径;全员参与营造人格培育的教育氛围。以期突破大学生人格培育的困境,实现思想政治教育在大学生人格培育中的作用。
This paper introduces the educational theory and concept of“complete personality”.Taking“original”“correction”and“sublimation”as the orientation of personality education,it analyzes the problems existing in the field of personality education among college students.From the perspective of complete personality education theory,it puts forward the specific paths of personality cultivation for college students:enriching resources to enhance the integrity of personality cultivation theory;constructing three-dimensional personality education operation system by multi-dimensional design;enriching the practical approach of personality education by pluralistic development and creating an educational atmosphere for personality cultivation with the participation of all staff.The aim is to break through the dilemma and realize the role of ideological and political education in personality cultivation of college students.
