摘要
通过信息技术、摄像分析和文献资料法对我国男子优秀百米选手苏炳添近几年百米比赛中跑的全程节奏进行测量、统计与分析,并与13世锦赛前五名选手进行比较。结果显示:1)苏炳添近几次比赛成绩逐步提高,跑法上缩短了步长、增加了步频,虽其步频远高于文中跑进10 s的选手,但依据步长步频指数,其仍属于均衡型技术;2)苏炳添以往全程步频变化呈倒“V”型,跑9.99 s时呈现“M”型,而且第一分段步频高于以往。建议在训练中尝试全程步频节奏的训练,形成稳定的步频节奏,以利于其发挥与提高成绩。
Through the methods of information technology,camera measurement and document mining,Chinese elite sprinter Su Bing-tian’s 100 m-run skills in recent years’games were studied and compared with the top 5 sprinters in the World Athletic Championships.The results show as follows:1)As the performance gets better in recent years,Su’s skill has changed in shortened step length and increased step frequency.Although with much higher step frequency than the other sprinters who runs within 10 s mentioned in this paper,Su’s skill is belonged to a balanced one according to the Step Length and Frequency Index;2)The curve of his step frequency changed in the whole process of running turned out as"V"type,while showing"M"type when running 9.99 s,and step frequency in the first phase is higher than ever.To train his rhythm in the whole process of 100 m and form a stable step rhythm was suggested in order to improve his performance.
