摘要 针对井下电磁干扰对传感器数据传输、采集的影响,结合LabVIEW上位机与井下传感器的通信需求,设计了一种井下电磁干扰测试系统。该系统包括光纤甲烷传感器探头,将环境中甲烷的浓度值转变成可与二次仪表通讯的电信号对数据进行采集,利用LabVIEW完成数据接收、波形显示和电磁滤波数据处理,实现了以计算机为基础的电磁滤波分析和数字化采集功能。通过利用LabVIEW软件开发平台对传感器进行数据采集和电磁滤波,并与未受电磁干扰的原始数据对比,接收的数据基本一致,可大大提高数据采集的准确性和安全性,为井下传感器的数据采集、电磁干扰分析、处理提供了一种新思路。 Aiming at the influence of underground electromagnetic interference on sensor data transmission and acquisition,combined with the communication requirements of LabVIEW host computer and underground sensor,an underground electromagnetic interference test system is designed.Through the optical fiber methane sensor probe,the concentration value of methane in the environment is transformed into the electrical signal that can communicate with the secondary instrument to collect the data.Using LabVIEW,the data receiving,waveform display and electromagnetic filtering data processing are completed,and the functions of electromagnetic filtering analysis and digital acquisition based on computer are realized.Using LabVIEW software development platform,the sensor data acquisition and electromagnetic filtering are realized.Compared with the original data without electromagnetic interference,the received data are basically consistent,which can greatly improve the accuracy and safety of data acquisition,and provide a new idea for data collection,electromagnetic interference analysis and processing of underground sensors.
