摘要
遏制“三违”行为,是杜绝安全生产事故的主要手段。为探究“三违”管理对策,从领导及职工安全意识、安全培训、现场安全管理等方面分析了“三违”的产生原因。结合建庄矿业公司安全管理实际情况,以及历年来的安全管理经验,详述了建庄矿业公司对“三违”管理采取的“积分预警”、安全教育闭环、“三违”指标化等方式方法,规范了井下现场职工的操作行为。实践表明,该措施有效提升了职工的安全意识,推进了安全生产长效机制的建立,矿井安全管理能力进一步增强,为奋斗企业安全稳定高质量发展奠定了坚实的基础。
Containment of“three violations”is the main means to prevent accidents.In order to explore the management countermeasures of“three violations”,the causes of“three violations”are analyzed from the aspects of safety awareness,safety training and on-site safety management of leaders and employees.Combined with the actual situation of safety management and the safety management experience over the years in Jianzhuang Mining Company,the measures of“integral early warning”,safety education closed-loop,and“three violations”indexing adopted in the“three violations”management are detailed,so as to standardize the operation behavior of underground workers.Practice shows that the measures effectively improve the safety awareness of employees,promote the establishment of long-term mechanism of safety production,further enhance the mine safety management ability,and lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of enterprise.
