摘要
主要针对湛江钢铁不同碱度烧结矿进行研究。结果表明,碱度分别为1.75、1.84和1.94的烧结矿w(TFe)均在57.73%以上,转鼓指数均高于85%。三组烧结矿的软化开始温度均高于1 120℃,碱度提升后熔融终了温度由1 487℃增加至1 524℃。可以调整烧结矿碱度及球团矿配比等措施改善综合炉料软熔性能,维持高炉顺行。
The sinter with different basicity in Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. are studied. The results show that w(TFe)of sinter with basicity of 1.75, 1.84 and 1.94 are all above 57.73%, and the drum index is above 85%.The initial softening temperatures of the three groups of sinters were all higher than 1 120 ℃, and the final melting temperature increased from 1 487 ℃ to 1 524 ℃ after the alkalinity was increased. Measures such as adjusting sinter basicity and pellet proportioning are adopted to improve the soft melting performance of comprehensive burden and maintain smooth operation of blast furnace.
