摘要
利用PFC颗粒流离散单元法对矿井喷射混凝土支护进行了数值模拟分析,同时,通过实验室的混凝土单轴压缩试验得到了混凝土的单轴力学特性曲线。结合试件的单轴曲线,分析了试件在破坏过程中的裂隙演化规律,从宏观以及微观上详细地分析了混凝土的力学特性。模拟过程中关于离散单元的建立、颗粒平衡处理以及颗粒的剔除等方法和混凝土的力学参数可供实际工程参考。
In this paper, using particle flow code(PFC) discrete element method to mine PFC shotcrete support are analyzed in numerical simulation, at the same time, through the laboratory of concrete under uniaxial compression test for concrete uniaxial mechanical characteristic curve, combined with single axis curve of the specimens, the specimens were analyzed in the process of damage evolution rule of joints, the detailed analysis on the macro and micro mechanical properties of concrete, this paper simulated the process of handling, and the balance of the establishment of the discrete element, grain particles of eliminating method and the concrete mechanics parameters,providing reference for practical engineering.
