摘要
在新型户籍制度背景下,利用中国劳动力动态调查数据(CLDS)和Heckman模型,对中国农民工市民化意愿及其影响因素进行研究。研究发现:个人特征(性别、年龄、受教育程度、健康状况与本地方言掌握情况)和经济特征(老家有无土地与分红和有无集体利益分红)对农民工市民化意愿具有显著性影响,其中尤以本地方言掌握情况与老家有无土地与分红等因素影响最为显著。村庄区位特征(到乡镇政府/街道的距离)和农民工主观上的公平感对农民工市民化意愿也有显著性影响。村庄距离乡政府/街道越近,农民工市民化意愿越强烈;个体公平感越强,农民工市民化意愿越大。要有效推动户籍制度改革,推进农民工市民化进程,首先要提高农民工应对城镇化的能力,同时改善和提高农民工在城市生活水平,妥善处理农民工农村土地问题,加强农民工的城镇化意愿。
Under the background of the new household registration system,using the data of the China Labor Force Dynamic Survey conducted by Sun Yat-sen University in 2016 and Heckman Model,this paper studies the urbanization willingness of migrant workers and its influencing factors.The study found that personal characteristics(gender,age,education level,health status and local dialect mastery),family economic status(whether there is land and dividend in the home and whether there is dividend in the collective interest)have significant impact on the willingness of migrant workers to urbanize,especially the local dialect mastery and whether there is land and dividend at home.Geographical factors(distance to township government/street)and farmers'subjective sense of fairness also have a significant impact on the willingness of migrant workers to urbanize.The closer the distance is,the stronger the willingness of migrant workers to be urbanized;the stronger the sense of individual fairness,the greater the willingness of migrant workers to civilization.To effectively promote the reform of household registration system and promote the urbanization process of migrant workers,we must first improve their ability to cope with urbanization,improve and improve their living standards in cities,properly handle land issues,and strengthen their sense of identity and integration in urban life.
