乡镇污水处理厂仿真模拟及优化运行研究 被引量:7

Study on Analogue Simulation and Optimized Operation for Township Sewage Treatment Plant

摘要 基于WEST软件建立了太湖流域某乡镇生活污水处理厂A^2/O工艺过程的数学模型,并优化了工艺的运行参数。结果表明,出水COD和NH4^+-N、TP含量模型计算与实测结果偏差分别为2.5%、1.0%、1.0%,模型可较好地模拟该污水处理厂的运行。利用建立的模型模拟研究内回流比、外回流比和曝气池的DO含量等因素对出水水质的影响,当将内、外回流体积比均由现状的100%降为50%、好氧池DO的质量浓度控制在1~3 mg/L时,可确保出水水质达到GB 18918-2002要求。将模拟确定的优化运行参数应用于该污水处理厂,出水达标率达到100%,TP的月均削减量由16.20 kg增加至23.72 kg,全厂用电量由7.1 GW·h/月降至5.5 GW·h/月,除磷药剂聚合氯化铝月均使用量较优化前下降56%。 The mathematical model was constructed for an A^2/O(Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic)process in a township sewage treatment plant which located in Taihu Lake Basin based on the simulation tool WEST software,and the operation parameters of the process were also optimized.The results showed that,the error of model calculation value and measured value of COD and NH4^+-N,TP content was 2.5%,1.0%,1.0%,respectively.Therefore,the established model could simulate the operation of the sewage treatment plant well.The effect of internal reflux ratio,external reflux ratio and DO content of aeration tank on effluent quality was studied by model construction.The effluent quality could meet the requirement of GB 18918-2002 when internal and external reflux volume ratio decreased from 100%to 50%and DO mass concentration of aerobic tank controlled at 1~3 mg/L.After applying the optimized operation parameters to the plant,the effluent attainment rate reached 100%.The monthly reduction amount of TP was increased from 16.20 to 23.72,and the monthly energy consumption was decreased from 7.1 GW·h to 5.5 GW·h.The average monthly use of poly aluminum chloride(PAC)was 56%lower than that before the optimization.
