摘要
针对目前燃用准东高碱煤锅炉水冷壁、屏式过热器及水平烟道处结渣情况,本文分析了造成锅炉水冷壁、屏式过热器及水平烟道处结渣的主要原因,并从锅炉设计及运行两个角度提出了减缓甚至彻底避免水冷壁、屏式过热器及水平烟道处结渣的主要方法及措施,对于锅炉的设计运行有一定的指导意义。
Focus on the current slagging situation of the water-cooled wall,platen superheater and horizontal pass of boiler that burns the Zhundong high alkali coal.the article analyzes the main causes of slagging at the boiler water-cooled wall,platen superheater and horizontal pass,and put forward the main methods and measures to reduce or even completely avoid slagging at the water-cooled wall,platen superheater and horizontal pass from the boiler design and operation,it has certain guiding significance for the design and operation of the boiler.
