摘要
伴随着地质认识和工艺技术的升级,长庆气田部分关停老井的上古储层开发潜力逐渐增加,近年针对这些老井开展查层补孔改造措施是关停井复产的重要方向。2018年之前气田共开展查层补孔48口井,实施过程发现大部分井改造后存在返排效果差的难题。本文研究通过地质和工程方面入手,围绕查层补孔井返排效果差难题开展原因分析,从理论和实践验证了层间窜流的影响,并制定针对性措施,2019年查层补孔改造返排一次喷通率整体由2018年14%提高至34%,取得较好的效果。
With the upgrading of geological knowledge and technology,the development potential of the ancient reservoirs in some shut-down wells in the Truong Khanh gasfield is increasing gradually.Before 2018,a total of 48 wells were drilled in the gasfield,and it was found that most of the wells had poor back-flow effect.Based on the geological and engineering aspects,this paper analyzes the reasons for the poor effect of reflow from the hole-filling wells in the formation,verifies the influence of inter-layer crossflow in theory and practice,and formulates the corresponding measures.In 2019,the once-through rate of the back-flow has been increased from 14%in 2018 to 34%,and good results have been achieved.
