摘要
目的:了解河北省沧州市吴桥县城镇和乡村普通市面上含氟牙膏出售所占的比重,从而大致了解当地人群含氟牙膏使用情况。为未来有关部门指导高氟地区人群合理使用牙膏、调整牙膏供给结构提供见解。方法:采用随机抽样的方法在吴桥县城镇和乡村各随机抽取十家超市或日用品店进行含氟牙膏出售情况的调查,运用SPSS 26.0进行数据分析。结果:吴桥县城镇地区市面上含氟牙膏占所售牙膏总体的60.4%;乡村地区市面上含氟牙膏占比67.3%;不同地区含氟牙膏所占比例无显著差异(P>0.05)。总体而言,吴桥县市面出售两类型牙膏存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:吴桥县普通市面上含氟牙膏出售占多数,这一现状可能会增加当地人氟斑牙的发病率。
Objective:To understand the proportion of fluoride toothpaste sold in the general market of urban and rural areas in Wuqiao County,Cangzhou City,Hebei Province,so as to roughly understand the use of fluoride toothpaste by local people.To provide insights for relevant departments to guide people in high fluorine areas to use toothpaste reasonably and adjust the toothpaste supply structure in the future.Method:Using the method of random sampling,10 supermarkets or daily necessities stores were randomly selected from the towns and villages of Wuqiao county to investigate the sales of fluoride toothpaste,and SPSS 26.0 was used for data analysis.Results in Wuqiao County,60.4%of the total toothpaste sold was fluoride toothpaste in urban areas,67.3%in rural areas,and there was no significant difference in the proportion of fluoride toothpaste in different areas(P>0.05).In general,there were significant differences between the two types of toothpaste sold in wuqiao county(P<0.05).Result:The sale of fluoride toothpaste on the market in Wuqiao is the majority,which may increase the incidence of dental fluorosis.
