内窥镜辅助下旋切刀腋臭根治术的临床疗效评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较内窥镜辅助下旋切刀腋臭根治术和微创小切口腋臭根治术治疗腋臭的临床疗效及并发症。方法358例患者分别采用两种手术方法治疗,其中内窥镜辅助下旋切刀术143例(内窥镜组),微创小切口术215例(小切口组)。结果对所有患者术后3个月、6个月、12个月进行随访,内窥镜组有效率高于小切口组;术中内窥镜组出血量少、手术时间短;内窥镜组与小切口组相比,皮下血肿、色素沉着等并发症的发生率低,差异均具有统计学意义。结论内窥镜辅助下旋切刀术与微创小切口术,内窥镜辅助下旋切刀腋臭根治术临床疗效好,小切口微创腋臭根治术并发症多。 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and complications of endoscope-assisted negative pressure suction and minimally invasive radical operation in the treatment of bromhidrosis.Methods 358 patients were treated by two surgical methods,including 143 cases of endoscopic assisted negative pressure suction(endoscope group)and 215 cases of minimally invasive incision(small incision group).Results All patients were followed up at 3,6 and 12 months after operation.The effective rate of the endoscope group was higher than that of the small incision group.The intraoperative endoscope group had less bleeding and shorter operation time.The incidence of subcutaneous hematoma and pigmentation in the endoscope group was lower than that in the small incision group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Endoscope-assisted radical resection with rotary knife and minimally invasive small incision has good clinical efficacy,and endoscope-assisted radical resection with negative pressure suction has more complications.
