摘要
目的:对女性糖尿病患者泌尿系统反复感染发生的原因及临床治疗进行研究。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年10月在本院进行治疗的女性糖尿病患者反复泌尿系感染患者60名,根据患者具体的临床资料将其平均分成两组,分别为观察组和对照组,每组30名。对观察组的患者采取了中西医结合治疗,提供西药常规治疗再联合扶正消淋汤进行治疗,让患者连续使用2~4个疗程;对照组患者采取西药治疗,对患者提供常规西药抗感染,尿液的碱化,加上胰岛素常规治疗,并在结束治疗后2周和1个月后追踪有无复发情况的患者。结果:整理临床数据可得,经西药常规治疗再联合扶正消淋汤进行治疗的观察组,治疗效果明显优于采取西药治疗的对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;而且采用西药常规治疗再联合扶正消淋汤进行治疗,治疗时间也明显短于只采取西药治疗的对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:对糖尿病女性泌尿系统反复感染患者在西医治疗基础上增加扶正消淋汤,对患者的临床治疗效果有很大提高,患者生活质量也明显提高。
Objective:To study the causes and clinical treatment of recurrent urinary infection in female patients with diabetes Mellitus.Method:A total of 60 female patients with recurrent urinary tract infection(Uti)who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were divided into two groups according to their clinical data.They were divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the observation group were treated with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and the patients in the control group were treated with the combination of conventional Western medicine and Fuzheng Xiaolin decoction,and were followed up 2 weeks and 1 month after the end of treatment.Results:According to the clinical data,the treatment time of routine Western medicine combined with Fuzheng Xiaolin decoction was shorter than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For female patients with repeated urinary infection of Diabetes Mellitus,the clinical therapeutic effect of Fu Zheng Xiao Lin Tang is greatly improved,and the quality of life of the patients is also significantly improved,it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical treatment.
