某F型燃气轮机NOx排放浓度的影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着环保要求的提高,燃气机组NOx排放标准会进一步趋严。摸清燃气机组的NO x排放影响因素,对于确定燃气机组排放标准以及减排技术措施具有重要意义。对某电厂F型燃气轮机的历史在线数据进行分析,探讨影响NOx排放因素及规律,发现空气中水蒸气体积比与NO x排放质量浓度呈负相关,环境温度与NOx排放质量浓度呈现先降低后升高的趋势。通过提高空气含湿量、控制空气温度可以有效减少NOx的排放。 With the improvement of environmental protection requirements,the emission standard of NOx for gas turbine will become more stringent.It is of great significance to find out NOx emission factors of gas unit for the determination of emission standards and emission reduction technical measures.This paper analyzes the historical online data of one F-type gas turbine in a power plant,discusses the factors and laws affecting NOx emissions,and finds that the volume ratio of water vapor is negatively correlated with NOx emission concentration,and NOx emission concentration are first decreased and then increased with the ambient temperature.NOx emissions can be effectively reduced by increasing the volume ratio of water vapor and controlling the temperature of the air.
