摘要
组织支持可以减少工作倦怠、增加工作投入、提高工作满意度和改善公民的行为,因此,开展高校辅导员组织支持研究,对推动高校辅导员队伍专业化职业化建设具有重要意义。以福建省232名高校辅导员为研究对象,通过问卷调查法,分析高校辅导员组织支持现状,对不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、受教育程度和工作年限的辅导员组织支持水平进行差异比较分析,从而提出强化顶层设计、提供人文关怀、增强职业认同等合理化建议以提升辅导员组织支持水平,为推动高校辅导员队伍专业化职业化建设提供理论依据。
Organizational support can reduce job burnout,increase job input,improve job satisfaction and improve citizens’behavior.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on organizational support to college counselors to promote the professionalization of college counselors.232 college counselors in Fujian province were taken as research objects from questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of college counselors’organizational support,and further analyzes gender,age,marital status,education level and working years.Reasonable suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening top-level design,providing humanistic care and strengthening professional identity,and providing a theoretical basis for promoting the professional construction of college counselors.
