摘要
人事档案是一种信息资源,随着社会的发展和进步,人事档案已经开始从库房的管理模式转向资源管理模式。高校人事档案信息化管理不仅是档案信息规范化管理的需求,也是高校师生人员信息完整性的有效补充。系统建设目标不仅在于提升内部管理水平和服务质量,还将与相关部处一起,共同构成学校各类人员基本信息数据库,为广大师生提供准确、完整的信息服务。
Personnel archives are a kind of information resources.Along with the development and progress of society,the personnel archives have begun to shift from the management mode of warehouse to the management mode of resources.The informatization management of personnel archives in colleges and universities is not only the demand of standardized management of archival information,but also an effective complement to the integrity of information of teachers and students.The system construction goal is not only to enhance the internal management level and service quality,but also to establish the basic information database of various types of staff in schools together with relevant departments,thus providing accurate and complete information service for teachers and students.
