摘要
本文在建立白酒中邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(Di-n-octyl phthalate,DNOP)、间苯二甲酸二异辛酯(Dioctyl Isophthalate,DOIP)、对苯二甲酸二辛酯(Bis(2-ethylhexyl) terephthalate,DOTP)的气相色谱质谱联用分析方法的基础上,对正己烷提取、无水硫酸钠干燥后的样品进行测定。结果表明:三种化合物的检出限为0.02 mg/kg,方法的线性范围为0.025~0.5μg/mL,DNOP、DOIP、DOTP线性相关系数分别为0.999 2、0.999 3、0.999 5,在3个加标水平(0.025、0.1、0.5 mg/kg)下的加标回收率为89.8%~113.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.3%~9.7%(n=3),该方法前处理简单快捷,方法灵敏度高,准确性好;采用本方法测定市售白酒中的DNOP、DOIP、DOTP,部分样品检出DOIP、DOTP。
Di-n-octyl phthalate(DNOP),Dioctyl isophthalate(DOIP)and Bis(2-ethylhexyl)terephthalate(DOTP)in liquor samples were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)in this study,which were extracted by n-hexane followed by drying with anhydrous sodium sulfate.The results showed that the detection limit of the three compounds was 0.02 mg/kg in this method,which obtained good linear relationship in the range of 0.025~0.5μg/mL.Moreover,the correlation coefficient of DNOP,DOIP and DOTP were 0.9992,0.9993 and 0.9995,respectively.The recoveries of DNOP,DOIP and DOTP at three spiked levels(0.025,0.1 and 0.5 mg/kg)were in the range of 89.8%~113.5%with RSDs between 1.3%~9.7%(n=3).The method was simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate to meet need of the analysis,which could be used for detection of DNOP and the two isomerides in liquor.Meanwhile,DOIP and DOTP were detected in liquor on sale by using this method.
