摘要
为解决多次冷再生过程中水稳基层混合料强度增长快、干缩时间长、抗水损性能衰减等问题,通过机理分析及试验研究确定混合料中添加纤维、膨胀剂的质量分数分别为0.5‰、3.0‰时,可有效改善混合料的性能指标。试验结果表明:掺加纤维、膨胀剂后,混合料二次强度衰变比由-31.75%变为-11.11%,收缩失水率、干缩应变及干缩系数均较基准值降低,收缩稳定时间滞后的趋势延缓,水稳特性动水冲刷强度衰减的趋势明显减缓。
In order to solve the rapid growth of strength of water-stabilized mixture,long dry shrinkage time and anti-water loss performance attenuation in the process of multiple cold regenerations,the performance index of the mixture can be effectively improved when the mass scores of added fiber and expansion agent in the mixture which are 0.5‰and 3.0‰respectively are determined by the mechanical analysis and experimental research.The test results show that after adding fiber and expansion agent,the strength attenuation value of the mixture changes from-31.75%to-11.11%,the shrinkage water loss rate,dry shrinkage strain and dry shrinkage coefficient are lower than the base value,the lag trend of shrinking stability is delayed,and the trend of the dynamic water erosion strength attenuation of the water stability characteristics is slowed down obviously.
