摘要
将天然橡胶(NR)和反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)作为制备网球内胆胶料的主要原材料。通过实验进行对比得到制备网球内胆胶料的最优配方,再通过不同共混工艺下制备的胶料性能对比,得出最佳的共混工艺,最后采用最优化的胶料制备配方通过最佳的共混工艺制备能够达到行业标准要求的网球。
natural rubber(NR)and trans-1,4-polyisoprene(TPI)were used as the main raw materials to prepare tennis liner rubber.The optimal formulation of tennis liner rubber was obtained by experiment comparison,and then the best blending process was obtained by comparing the properties of the rubber prepared under different blend⁃ing processes.Finally,the optimal formulation of the rubber was used to prepare tennis which can meet the require⁃ments of the industry standard through the best blending process.
