摘要
采用数值模拟的方法对电袋复合除尘器优化后的结构进行计算。计算结果显示,采用阶梯式结构,袋室间的流量偏差在±5%以内,袋室间安装阻流装置,消除袋区局部的高速气流,使得各个袋室间的流量均匀性良好。
The numerical simulation method is used to calculate the optimized structure of the electrostatic fabric hybrid particulate collector.The calculation results show that the stepped structure,the flow deviation between the bag chambers is within±5%,and the flow guiding device is installed between the bag rooms.The high-speed airflow in the pocket area is eliminated,and the flow uniformity of each bag chamber is great.
