摘要
综合考虑密封介质压力、垫片尺寸效应和预紧力等多因素的影响,对不同工况下的非石棉橡胶垫片进行泄漏率试验,获得不同尺寸垫片的泄漏率与介质压力和预紧应力的关系。结果表明:泄漏率随垫片尺寸的增加而降低,随预紧应力的增大而减小,随介质压力的增加而增加。针对多因素影响下多孔介质泄漏模型对试验数据拟合精度不高的问题,对多孔介质泄漏模型进行修正,改进后的泄漏模型预测结果与试验结果更为接近,可以有效预测非石棉橡胶垫片的泄漏率。
Considering the influence of sealing medium pressure,gasket size effect and preload,the leakage tests of non⁃asbestos rubber gaskets under different working conditions were conducted.The relationships between leakage rate and medium pressure and pre⁃tightening stress of the gaskets with different sizes were obtained.The results show that the leak⁃age rate is decreased with the increase of gasket size and pre⁃tightening stress,and it is decreased with the increase of medium pressure.Due of the low fitting accuracy of the porous leakage model to the test data under the influence of multi⁃factor conditions,the porous leakage model was modified.Compared to previous model,the prediction results of the improved leakage model are closer to the experimental values,which indicates that the improved porous leakage model can effectively predict the leakage rate of non asbestos rubber gasket.
