磁共振T2加权像联合磁共振扩散加权成像诊断早期前列腺癌的临床价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨磁共振T2加权像(T2WI)联合磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)诊断早期前列腺癌的临床价值。方法选取2018年3月—2019年8月期间陆军第83集团军医院疑似前列腺癌患者52例为研究对象,所有患者均接受穿刺活检,并采用T2WI、DWI进行扫描。以穿刺活检病理检查结果为“金标准”,分析T2WI、DWI及两者联合的诊断效能。结果52例疑似患者中,经穿刺活检病理检查检出42例前列腺癌,前列腺炎2例、前列腺增生8例;T2WI联合DWI诊断灵敏度及准确度均高于T2WI及DWI单一诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论T2WI联合DWI可互相弥补单一诊断中的不足处,具有较高的诊断效能,可为临床早期诊疗提供更加全面、客观的参考依据。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of T2WI combined with DWI in the diagnosis of early prostate cancer.Methods 52 patients with suspected prostate cancer in the hospital from March,2018 to August,2019 were selected as the study subjects.All patients received puncture biopsy and were scanned by T2WI and DWI.The diagnostic efficacy of T2WI,DWI and the combination of T2WI and DWI was analyzed using the pathological results of puncture biopsy as the“gold standard”.Results 42 cases were of prostate cancer,2 cases of prostatitis and 8 cases of prostatic hyperplasiaby biopsy.The accuracy were higher than that of T2WI and DWI single diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion T2WI combined with DWI can make up for each others’deficiency in single diagnosis,with higher diagnostic efficacy,which can provide more comprehensive and objective reference for early clinical diagnosis and treatment.
