摘要
叶轮作为离心式压缩机的核心部件,其结构完整可靠与长期安全运行是机组正常工作的前提和关键。然而与叶轮安全可靠性相关的因素错综复杂,广泛分布于设计、加工、装配、运行、维护、监测等不同阶段和环节,既互相独立又相互影响。本文针对压缩机叶轮从强度设计到健康运维的全寿命周期进行了系统性地技术剖析和梳理,总结各环节中影响其长期安全可靠的典型问题,探讨其存在形式并提出针对性的应对策略和技术需求,为压缩机叶轮完整服役期限内的健康可靠运行提供重要技术保障。
As the core component of the centrifugal compressor,the complete and reliable structure and long-term safe operation of the impeller are the premise and key factors to the compressor normal operation.The factors related to the safety and reliability of the impeller are intricate and are widely distributed in different stages and links such as design,processing,assembly,operation,maintenance and monitoring,which are independent of each other and affect each other.This paper systematically analyzes the life cycle of compressor impellers from strength design to health operation&maintenance,summarizes the typical problems affecting long-term safety and reliability,discusses their existence and proposes targeted countermeasures and strategies.It aims to provide important technical guarantee for the healthy and reliable operation of the compressor impeller during the whole service life.
