摘要
在线教育具有突破时间与空间的限制和弱个性化、弱交互性的特点。总结新冠肺炎疫情背景下高校全面普及在线教育在实际运行中暴露的问题与现象:应急响应机制缺失导致前期在线教育效果不佳,在线教育课程内容单一导致吸引力缺乏,技术问题、学习氛围弱化、课堂监督缺位影响学生学习,基础设施不成熟、资源分配不均、缺乏统一在线教育平台阻碍在线教育全面推广。提出以下建议:建立灾备系统、培养适应在线教育特性的新型教学与学习习惯、建设统一的在线教育平台、建立模块化的课程体系、建立全国范围内的高校课程互认联盟、以选修课为试点逐步开展在线化教学。
E-learning has characteristics of breaking through the limitation of time and space,weak personalization and interactivity.The exposed phenomena and problems in the practice of universal E-learning in colleges and universities under the background of COVID-19 are summarized:lacking of emergency response mechanism leads to the terrible effect of early phase E-learning;the simplicity of E-learning courses'contents leads to lack of attractiveness;technical problems,weak learning atmosphere and lack of supervision affect students'learning effect;incomplete infrastructure,unevenly allocated resources and absence of united E-learning platform obstruct popularization of E-learning.Related suggestions are given as below:establish disaster recovery systems;cultivate new teaching and learning habits adjusted to E-learning features;develop united E-learning platform;establish modularized curriculum system;establish a nationwide mutual recognition alliance of university courses;use elective courses as pilot to implement E-learning gradually.
