摘要
环境热应激是畜牧生产中最重要的应激因素之一,对畜牧业生产有着巨大的负面影响。从环境适应学说和能量学说的角度分析,应激使内环境正常稳态紊乱,损害机体正常的能量代谢和能量分配。持续性环境热应激会阻碍家畜胎盘的正常发育,导致胎盘质量下降、胎盘缺氧并降低胎盘运输效率,进而诱导胎儿的适应性反应。宫内发育不良所诱导的适应性反应不仅造成胎儿体重轻、不对称发育,还会进一步影响新生儿在后天生长过程中的代谢健康和生长势能。文章综合探讨应激相关学说和发生机制,并聚焦到家畜围产期,阐明热应激对胎盘和胎儿生理功能的影响,通过机制分析为寻求缓解方法提供有益参考。
Environmental heat stress is one of the most important stress factors in animal husbandry production.From the perspective of environmental adaptation theory and energy theory,stress will have a negative impact on the homeostasis of the internal environment and damage the normal energy metabolism and distribution of the body.Continuous environmental heat stress will hinder the normal development and function of placenta in domestic animals,leading to reduced placental mass,hypoxia of placenta and reduced placenta transport efficiency,and then induce the adaptive response of fetus.The adaptive response induced by intrauterine dysplasia not only results in low fetal weight and asymmetric development,but also further affects the metabolic health and growth potential of newborns in the acquired growth process.This paper was the first comprehensive study of stress related theory and mechanism,and focused on the perinatal period of livestock to clarify the impact of heat stress on the physiological function of placenta and fetus,and provided a useful reference for actively seeking relief methods by the mechanism analysis.
