摘要
在影响肉牛生产的环境因素中,热应激是其中最主要的一种。文章列举了对热应激的评定方法,介绍了热应激在采食量、生产性能、繁殖状况、生理生化指标、免疫能力等方面对肉牛的影响,同时提出了从物理防治、营养调控、遗传育种方面综合解决肉牛热应激问题的对策。
Among the environmental factors affecting beef cattle production,heat stress is one of the most important ones.This paper first enumerated the evaluation methods of heat stress,and then introduced the effects of heat stress on beef cattle in terms of feed intake,production performance,reproductive status,physiological and biochemical indexes,immunity,etc.Finally,the paper comprehensively solved the problem of heat stress in beef cattle from physical control,nutrition regulation and genetic breeding.
