襄荷中黄酮类化合物的抗氧化性研究 被引量:15

摘要 以襄荷为原料,利用超声波辅助乙醇法提取襄荷中的黄酮类化合物。通过测定DPPH自由基清除率、超氧阴离子清除率、羟基自由基清除率及其在菜籽油中的过氧化值(POV)评价襄荷花苞中黄酮类化合物的抗氧化活性。结果证明,襄荷花苞中黄酮类化合物有一定的清除DPPH·、O2—·和羟基自由基的能力,当襄荷花苞黄酮提取液浓度达到0.705 mg/mL时,其对DPPH·和超氧阴离子清除率分别达到98.7%和99.3%,与提取液质量浓度成正比。在菜籽油中与Vc具有协同作用,且抗氧化能力与襄荷花苞中黄酮类化合物含量呈正比。 Flavonoids were extracted from Zingiber mioga Rosc using ethanol as extraction solvent with the aid of ultrasonic treatment.The antioxidant activity of flavonoids in Zingiber mioga Rosc buds was evaluated by determination of DPPH radical scavenging rate,superoxide anion scavenging rate,hydroxyl radical scavenging rate and their peroxidation value(POV)in rapeseed oil.The results showed that flavonoids in Zingiber mioga Rosc buds had certain scavenging capacity of DPPH·,O2—·and hydroxyl radical.When the concentration of flavonoids in Zingiber mioga Rosc buds reached 0.705 mg/mL,the scavenging rates of DPPH·and superoxide anion reached 98.7%and 99.3%respectively,which were proportional to the mass concentration of the extract.It had synergistic effect with Vc in rapeseed oil,and the antioxidant capacity was proportional to the content of flavonoids in Zingiber mioga Rosc buds.
