摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定咳喘停袋泡颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法:采用色谱柱ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(70:30)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长为270 nm,柱温35℃;进样量20μL。结果:咳喘停袋泡颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA的含量在2.5035~25.035μg·mL-1线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为101.11%,RSD为1.39%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便准确、专属性强、回收率高、重复性好,可用于咳喘停袋泡颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of tanshinoneⅡAin stopping asthmatic cough granules.Methods ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was used,methanol and water(70∶30)as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,detection wavelength of 270 nm,column temperature of 35℃,injection volume of 20μL were used.Results The contentof tanshinoneⅡA in stopping asthmatic cough granules had agood linear relationship(r=0.9998)between 2.5035 and 25.0350μg·mL-1,the average recovery rate was101.11%,RSD was1.39%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,specific,with high recovery rate and good repetitiveness.It can be used for the quality control of stopping asthmatic cough granules.
