摘要
目的观察组内音乐疗法对自闭症患儿的治疗效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月来医院接受治疗的自闭症患儿68例,随机分为观察组38例和对照组30例,两组均接受医院常规医教模式康复干预,观察组在此基础上行组内音乐疗法干预。分别于治疗前、治疗1周后、治疗7周后、治疗15周后4个时间点评估患儿的社交及言语水平,采用孤独症儿童行为量表(ABC)及音乐治疗量表(MTS)评定两组疗效。结果与干预前相比,观察组治疗7周的ABC总分及治疗15周时的ABC总分、交往及语言评分显著降低,治疗7周、15周时的情绪情感交往、音乐发育及行为发育评分均显著升高,治疗7周、15周时的社交语言评分及诱导评分均显著降低(均P<0.05);而对照组仅在治疗15周时的ABC总分及交往评分降低,治疗15周时的情绪情感交往、行为发育评分升高(均P<0.05),治疗15周时的社交语言评分降低,其他评分项差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组在治疗15周时的ABC总分及语言评分较低,治疗7周及15周时的情绪情感交往、音乐发育及行为发育评分较高,治疗7周及15周时的诱导评分及治疗15周时的社交语言评分均较低(均P<0.05)。结论组内音乐疗法干预治疗可以改善患儿自闭症状及社交与言语水平,值得在临床实践中应用与推广。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of music therapy on children with infantileautism. Methods 68 infantileautismchildren who visitedthe authors’ hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group( n = 38) and control group( n = 30). The children of the two groups were treated with the rehabilitation intervention in the conventional medical teaching mode,and the children of the observation group received the group music therapy intervention additionally. The levels of the children’s social and language ability were evaluated at the four time points: before,1 week after,7 weeks after and 15 weeks after treatment. Autistic children’s behavior scale( ABC) and music therapy scale( MTS) were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups. Results Compared with the before the treatment,the total score of ABC at 7 weeks and the total score of ABC,communication and language scores at 15 weeks in the observation group were significantly decreased,the scores of emotional communication,music developmentand behavioral development at 7 and 15 weeks were significantly increased,while the social language score and induction score were significantly reduced( all P < 0. 05).However,only the scores of ABC and communication at 15 weeks were decreased in the control group,the scores of emotional communication and behavior development at 15 weeks were increased,the social language scores decreased( all P < 0. 05),and there was no significant changes in other scores( P > 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the total scores of ABC and language at 15 weeks were lower in the observation group,the scores of emotional communication,music development and behavior development at 7 and 15 weekswere higher,while the scores of induction at 7 and 15 weeks and social language at 15 weeks of treatment were lower( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Group music therapy could improve the symptoms and social and language ability of infantile autismchildren,whichis worthapplying and popularizing in clinical practice.
