摘要
专业课教师兼任班主任具有独特优势:专业知识丰富,在专业指导方面得心应手;与学生无直接利益冲突,更便于同学生开展心理沟通;更便于同其他任课教师进行交流;更便于开展职业生涯规划指导。因此高职院校应加强组织领导,做好顶层设计;注重制度建设,建立鼓励支持兼职班主任快速成长的长效机制,正确引领兼职班主任全面提升。高职院校长久坚持这项制度,学风建设必将得到大幅度提高。
Professional teachers who serve as head teachers have unique advantages:rich professional knowledge,handy in professional guidance;no direct conflict of interest with students,more convenient for psychological communication with students;more convenient for communication with other class teachers;more convenient for career planning guidance.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should strengthen organizational leadership and do a good job in top-level design;pay attention to system construction,establish a long-term mechanism to encourage and support the rapid growth of part-time head teachers,and correctly lead the comprehensive promotion of part-time head teachers.If vocational colleges adhere to this system for a long time,the construction of style of study will surely be greatly improved.
