摘要
研究了雷达系统预测与健康管理(PHM)涵盖的主要功能、雷达系统PHM的特点,构建设计了一种雷达系统PHM总体架构,重点研究了雷达系统中状态评估、故障预测典型的设计思路,为雷达系统从设备状态监控向健康管理的转变、引入对系统未来可靠性的预测能力提供了一种可行的总体设计方法,对设备由传统的修复性维修和计划维修向视情维修维护和自主式保障的转变、达到降低使用与保障费用、提升装备的战备完好性、任务成功性具有重要的意义。
The overall architecture of a radar system prognostic and health management(PHM)is designed in terms of the main functions and characteristics of the PHM,with an emphasis on the typical design ideas of status assessment and fault prognosis in radar system,providing a feasible overall design method for the transformation of the radar system from equipment condition monitoring to health management,and the introduction of predictive capability for future system reliability.It is of great significance for the transformation of equipment from Corrective Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance to On-condition Maintenance and autonomous support,so as to reduce the cost of use and support,and improve equipment integrity and mission success.
