摘要 目前南海海区辖区内航标船作业设施较为简陋。一直以来,海上灯浮标吊检采用船用吊机完成,航标的捕捉挂钩作业主要依赖人工操作来完成,受海上风浪影响较大。当船舶摇摆时船员难以捕捉到航标并挂钩起吊,在这类情况下,航标作业效率不高且安全隐患大。文中根据航标作业的实际情况,提出了一种便于航标作业的新型航标机械化作业装置的设计方案,并从国内外相关研究情况、研究的目标、设计思路、技术参数校核等方面进行了阐述。 At present,the operation facilities of AtoN ships in the South China Sea are relatively simple.For a long time,marine cranes have been used for the lifting inspection of offshore light buoys,and the catching and hooking operation of navigation buoys mainly depends on manual operation,which is easily affected by the wind and waves at sea.When the ship shakes,it is difficult for the crew to catch the AtoN facilities and lift it by hook.In this case,the efficiency of operation is relatively low and the safety risk is high.In view of the actual situation of AtoN operation,the author puts forward a design scheme of a convenient new-type mechanized device for AtoN operation,and introduces relevant research both at home and abroad,research objectives,design ideas,technical parameters check.
