摘要
预制U形节段梁作为一种新型的轨道交通桥梁结构,在结构上具有创新性,因此对预制模板也提出了更高要求。依托上海市市科委科研项目,在常用的短线法预制施工技术的基础上,分析了三腹板预制U形节段梁的模板设计原则和特殊构造要求,详细研究了三腹板预制U形节段梁的模板总体构造和工作流程,设计出了一套满足设计施工要求的高精度模板体系。为今后三腹板预制U形节段梁在轨道交通工程施工中的推广应用奠定坚实基础。
The prefabricated U-shaped segmental girder as a new bridge structure of rail traffic is innovative in structure.Therefore,the higher requirements are also proposed for the prefabricated formwork.Relying on the scientific research projects of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission,on the basis of the common short-line method of prefabrication technology,the formwork design principle and the special construction requirements of three-web prefabricated U-shaped segmental girder are analyzed.The overall construction and working process of the formwork for three-web prefabricated U-shaped segmental girder are studied in detail.A set of high precision formwork system meeting the design and construction requirements is designed,which lays a solid foundation for the popularization and application of three-web prefabricated U-shaped segmental girder in the construction of rail transit projects.
