摘要 概述了聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的基本特性,重点介绍了近年来PEEK的改性研究进展,包括表面改性、填充改性及共混改性。表面改性主要通过辐射处理法、等离子体处理法和化学溶液处理法等改善PEEK表面活性;填充改性主要通过在PEEK中添加纤维、金属氧化物以及无机填料等改善材料的力学性能和摩擦学性能;共混改性主要通过在PEEK中混入高聚物改善材料的综合性能。最后,展望了PEEK未来的研究方向。 The basic characteristics of polyetheretherketone(PEEK)were summarized,and the research progress of modification of PEEK were mainly introduced in recent years,including surface modification,filling modification and blending modification.Surface modification mainly improves the surface activity of PEEK through radiation treatment,plasma treatment and chemical solution treatment.Filling modification mainly improves the mechanical properties and tribological properties of materials by adding fiber,metal oxide and inorganic fillers to PEEK.Blending modification mainly improves the overall performance of materials by blending PEEK with high polymers.Finally,the future research direction of PEEK was prospect.
