摘要
国内出版集团面对融合发展的时代趋势,必然要深入思考融合发展的路径选择与策略运用,笔者基于多年从事出版集团经营管理的实践,从集团管理视角,在深入研究国内出版企业融合发展实践案例基础上,提出融合发展三大核心策略:以内容、渠道和平台为核心的融合发展策略。
Facing the trend of the era of integration development,state-owned publishing groups must think deeply about the path choice and strategic application of the integration development.Based on the practice of the publishing group management for many years and in-depth study of domestic publishing companies’integrated development practice cases,the authors put forward three core strategies of the integration development from the perspective of the group management:The integration development strategy with the content,the channel and the platforms as the core.
