摘要
目的:总结分析鼻咽癌易感性基因的研究文献,并通过生物信息学方法筛选获得关键基因,为鼻咽癌的诊断和治疗提供参考。方法:以NCBI Pubmed、中国知网(CNKI)、Web of science数据库为文献来源,对近12年鼻咽癌易感性基因相关的文献进行计量学分析,并利用STRING和Cytoscape软件对相关基因及其产物进行生物信息学分析。结果:348篇文献纳入研究,发文量前3位的国家/地区依次为中国、突尼斯、中国台湾,中国中山大学的曾益新以16篇的发文量居于首位。本研究共涉及483个基因,生物信息学分析提示TP53、JUN、PIK3CA、AKT1、VEGFA、IL6和TNF等多个基因在相互作用网络中有关键作用,可能会成为未来的研究热点。结论:通过对鼻咽癌易感性相关基因的生物信息学分析及文献计量学分析,可以了解目前该领域研究动态,为鼻咽癌的早期诊断和合理治疗提供理论依据,有助于寻找新的肿瘤标志物。
Objective:To summarize and analyze the research literature of susceptibility genes in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and obtain key genes through bioinformatics methods,which will provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:NCBI Pubmed,CNKI and Web of science database were used as literature sources to conduct bibliometric analysis of literatures related to susceptibility to nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the past 12 years,the related genes and their products were analyzed by using String and Cytoscape software.Results:348 articles were included in the study,and the top 3 countries/regions in terms of text volume are China,Tunisia and Taiwan,Zeng Yixin of Sun Yat sen University ranked first with 16 papers.A total of 483 genes were involved in this study,bioinformatics suggests that multiple genes such as TP53,JUN,PIK3CA,AKT1,VEGFA,IL6 and TNF play a key role in the interaction network,which may become a research hotspot in the future.Conclusion:Through bioinformatics analysis and bibliometric analysis of susceptibility related genes of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,we can understand the current research trends in this field,thus providing a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis and reasonable treatment,and helping to look for new tumor biomarkers of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
