摘要
本试验利用封闭呼吸室对全长、体长规格基本一致的花䱻、唇䱻和花䱻(♀)×唇䱻(♂)杂交F1代幼鱼进行耗氧率和临界窒息点的研究。试验结果表明:水温20℃时,平均全长(11.726±0.2522)cm、体长(9.544±0.2769)cm、体质量(13.087±0.6959)g的花䱻耗氧率平均值为0.1254 mg/(g·h);平均全长(13.939±0.2420)cm、体长(11.527±0.2069)cm、体质量(21.933±0.9952)g的唇䱻耗氧率平均值为0.1099 mg/(g·h);平均全长(11.091±0.3510)cm、体长(9.046±0.3106)cm、体质量(11.182±1.0452)g的杂交F1代耗氧率平均值为0.1503 mg/(g·h)。亲本花䱻、唇䱻与杂交F1代耗氧率昼夜变化节律不一,花䱻、唇䱻白天耗氧率低于夜间,杂交F1代白天耗氧率高于夜间。花䱻、唇䱻及杂交F1代其临界窒息点随温度变化均符合2次曲线关系(R2=1),在温度为15~25℃时,其临界窒息点随温度上升而升高;同一温度下,3种鱼类窒息点相比较,花䱻>唇䱻>杂交F1代。
The oxygen consumption rate and critical asphyxia point were measured in the basically same overall length and body length Hemibarbus maculatus Bleeker,Hemibarbus labeo pallas and their hybrid F1 by closed-chamber respiration methods.At water temperature of 20℃,the Hemibarbus maculatus Bleeker with overall length of(11.726±0.2522)cm,body length of(9.544±0.2769)cm,body weight of(13.087±0.6959)g had oxygen consumption rate 0.1254 mg/(g·h);the Hemibarbus labeo pallas with overall length of(13.939±0.2420)cm,body length of(11.527±0.2069)cm,body weight of(21.933±0.9952)g had oxygen consumption rate 0.1099 mg/(g·h);the hybrid F1 with overall length of(11.091±0.3510)cm,body length of(9.046±0.3106)cm,body weight of(11.182±1.0452)g had oxygen consumption rate 0.1503 mg/(g·h).The oxygen consumption rate of Hemibarbus maculatus Bleeker,Hemibarbus labeo pallas and their hybrid F1 were different at diurnal rhythm;the average oxygen consumption rate of Hemibarbus maculatus Bleeker and Hemibarbus labeo pallas were found to be lower during day than at night;however,the hybrid F1 was on the contrary.The critical asphyxia point of Hemibarbus maculatus Bleeker,Hemibarbus labeo pallas and their hybrid F1 with temperature changes were found to conform to quadratic curves(R2=1),at water temperature of 15~25℃,the critical asphyxia point was correlated positively with the temperature;To compare the critical asphyxia point of three fishes,Hemibarbus maculatus Bleeker>Hemibarbus labeo pallas>hybrid F1.
