武家塔露天煤矿复垦土壤中微生物-中蒙草药体系应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探究不同微生物-中蒙草药体系在矿区土地复垦中的应用前景,选取武家塔露天煤矿复垦区3种适生中蒙草药及2种微生物菌剂不同组合体系为对象,研究不同体系下中蒙草药株高、根长、茎粗、干重和叶绿素含量变化,以及复垦土壤中碱解氮、有效磷和有效钾3种有效养分含量变化。结果表明,板蓝根施用混合菌剂其地上、地下和全株干重分别提高100.9%、75.5%和88.1%。防风施用胶质芽孢杆菌菌剂其茎粗增加100.0%,地下干重提高55.6%。黄芩施用枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂其地上、地下和全株干重分别提高48.5%、114.0%和43.3%。3种中蒙草药中黄芩对微生物菌剂促生作用响应时间较短。对板蓝根施用混合菌剂,防风施用胶质芽孢杆菌菌剂,黄芩施用枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂可以获得较好的促生效果。与中蒙草药单独种植比较,碱解氮含量在不同组合体系下均有增加。有效磷含量在胶质芽孢杆菌与板蓝根和防风组合体系下增加明显。有效钾含量在胶质芽孢杆菌和混合菌剂与黄芩组合体系下增加明显。综上所述,微生物-中蒙草药体系在促进中蒙草药生长的同时能够改良土壤速效养分含量。可以依据该研究结果选取合适的微生物-中蒙草药体系应用于该矿区土地复垦。 In order to research on the application prospect of different Microbes-Chinese Mongolian herbs system in land reclamation of mining areas,three Chinese Mongolian herbs in Wujiata Open-pit Coal Mine area and two Microbes were selected as the research object.The changes of plant height,root length,stem diameter,dry weight,chlorophyll content of Chinese Mongolian herbs and the content change of alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in reclaimed soil were studied.The results showed that the above-ground dry weight,underground dry weight and whole plant dry weight of Isatis tinctoria were increased by 100.9%,75.5%and 88.1%respectively under Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus mucilaginosus mixed inoculation.The stem diameter of Saposhnikovia divaricate was increased by 100.0%,and the underground dry weight of Saposhnikovia divaricate was increased by 55.6%,under Bacillus mucilaginosus inoculation.The above-ground dry weight,underground dry weight and whole plant dry weight of Scutellaria baicalensis were increased by 48.5%,114.0%and 43.3%respectively,under Bacillus subtilis inoculation.Response time to microbial inoculants of Scutellaria baicalensis was shortest in three kinds of Chinese Mongolian herbs.Isatis tinctoria inoculated with mixed microbial inoculum,Saposhnikovia divaricate inoculated with Bacillus mucilaginosus,Scutellaria baicalensis inoculated with Bacillus subtilis could obtain a better growth promotion effects.Comparing with single planting,the content of alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen increased under different combinations.The content of available phosphorus increased significantly under two combination systems,Bacillus mucilaginosus-Isatis tinctorial and Bacillus mucilaginosus-Saposhnikovia divaricata.The available potassium content increased significantly under two combination systems,Bacillus mucilaginosus-Scutellaria baicalensis and mixed microbial inoculum-Scutellaria baicalensis.In summary,Microbes-Chinese Mongolian herbs system could promote the growth of herbs and improve the content of soil available nutrients.According to this study,suitable Microbes-Chinese Mongolian herbs system can be selected and applied in land reclamation of mining area.
