摘要
根据大型旋回破碎机横梁铸钢件的结构特点和技术要求,设计了横梁铸造工艺。采用MAGMA数值模拟软件预测了横梁铸件在凝固过程中可能产生缺陷的位置,分析了缺陷产生原因并改善了工艺设计。采用优化工艺生产出了合格铸件,工艺出品率达到72%。
Based on the structural characteristics and technical requirements of the crossbeam steel casting for large-scale gyratory crusher,the crossbeam casting process was designed.The MAGMA numerical simulation software was used to predict the position of defects that may occur during the solidification process of the beam casting.The causes of the defects were analyzed and the casting process design was improved.The qualified castings were produced by using the optimized process,and the overall yield of casting reached 72%.
